Back to our roots – A new Mini project

March 6 2015

We’re proud to announce begun restoration of this little beauty! The classic Mini is potentially the marque that kick started Motor Marque into the dynamic business it is today. Mark began working on Minis; restoration, engine building and racing before growing the business to what it is today. So it is with great pride that we have made a slight return to the way it began!

As with many young mechanics and car enthusiasts, the Mini is close to our hearts. In its era the innovation was groundbreaking and when we saw the opportunity to own one with such incredible history we couldn’t resist adding her to our showroom of pre-loved vehicles.

This particular example actually lived next door to Mark for a number of years in Horsforth. Luckily we were able to aquire it and thankfully an already impressive car will get the extra bit of TLC required to turn it in the highest standard vehicle ready for a new home. We want to keep the restoration completely original to do the massive service and maintenance history justice. The former owner of 14 years spent thousands on care and maintenance, so once this Mini has had a re-fresh and a paint it will be the envy of all!

We are sure this one will go quickly, so if you want a chance of owning a genuine classic Mini Cooper in its most refined format get in early and give us a shout.
